What it is
A printable deck of twenty cards, built by a registered dietitian, where every front prints one claim in the words people actually use for it and every back opens with a verdict, gives you what the evidence shows in plain language, and then leaves you ruled space to write the version you would actually say in the room.
Who it is for
Registered dietitians, nutrition students, health coaches and clinicians who field the same handful of questions every week, and who would rather answer them from the literature than from whatever they half-remember from graduate school.
What is inside
The deck runs in four blocks: macro fears on cards 01 to 05, the GLP-1 era on 06 to 10, supplements and micronutrients on 11 to 15, and lifestyle and culture on 16 to 20.

Why the verdicts differ
Eleven cards read mostly false, four read partly true, and two say the evidence is mixed, while the remaining three call the claim reductive, risky, or badly framed. A deck where every answer read false would teach the wrong reflex, so each verdict goes where the literature puts it rather than where the format would prefer it.
How it prints
Twelve pages on US Letter, four cards to a sheet at 4.25 by 5.5 inches, with cut lines already on the page. Print it double-sided and flip on the long edge, because the backs are laid out mirrored so that every answer prints behind its own claim. Card stock at 65 lb or heavier survives a clinic bag.
Where the citations live
Every card points at the full entry on this site, which is where the grain of truth, the origin of the myth, the clinical translation and the source list belong, since a 4.25 inch card printing twelve references would have room for nothing else.
Scope. This deck teaches. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis and not an individualized nutrition plan, and nothing in it prescribes or doses anything.
